Kevin, this is everything I need from you to build the site. I already filled in what I could find on the church's Facebook page (address, phone, email, service times, your name, the ABA affiliation), so check those and fix anything that's wrong. Fill in the rest to the best of your ability; skip anything you don't know and I'll ask or work around it. It saves on this phone or computer as you type, so you can close it and come back. When you're ready, tap Send to Chance at the bottom. You can send it again later with more.

Photos and videos upload as soon as you pick them, so you can add a few at a time. Phone photos straight from the camera are perfect; don't shrink or edit them.

Logo

I already have your logo from the Facebook cover photo. If you have the original file it was made from (any format, whoever made the sign or slides should have it), upload it here for the sharpest result. Otherwise skip this.

    The building

    I have the outside shots from Facebook already. What I still need: inside the sanctuary, the fellowship hall, classrooms, the entry. Daylight, wide shots.

      Pastor and leaders

      A clear photo of you, and of anyone listed in section 5.

        The congregation

        Fellowship, greeting, kids' class, youth, meals, anything that shows the people. Only photos you have permission to put online.

          Worship and preaching

          Singing, choir, preaching, baptisms.

            Events

            VBS, revivals, homecoming, outreach, fair booth, anything past or upcoming.

              Videos

              A welcome video from you, a service clip, a drone shot, anything. Big files are fine; let it finish before closing the page.

                Documents

                Bulletins, flyers, a constitution or statement of faith, an old website printout, brochures.

                  Anything else
